Autumn is the season for pumpkin. There are so varied ways of its preparation, as no other vegetables is not cooked. However, they are often a lot caloric and fat, such as pumpkin cake or pumpkin stews and cream. Just a little change of the traditional ways of preparing pumpkin and you will get excellent dietary ingredient, with high nutritional value.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into a small cubes and with a little brown sugar, boil it in a liter of water. Mash the cooled pumpkin, add one mashed carrot and a few teaspoons of lemon juice and water. Then put the mixture in a blender and sweetened it. Keep it in the fridge and drink it in two days.
Pumpkin juice is the best drink vegetable because it contains vitamins and minerals at a ratio that best fits our metabolism, and is good for detoxification of the whole organism. Pumpkin juice also stimulates digestion and detoxifies the intestines, lowers blood fats by enzymes which dissolve into fat and cholesterol.
During the cold autumn and winter days just eat one tablespoon ecological pumpkins (or in the form of juice), you will prevent problems with bladder and prostate. Seeds from pumpkin also are used into case of problems with the bladder, kidney and prostate.
