It is not chocolate but you will love it: Fruit shake in less than 3 minutes

When we want to sweetened up, it does not have to be chocolate. There is great replacement that is equally delicious, but far better for your weight.

Fruit shake. Simply quick and easy.
1 banana
1 hand frozen blackberries / raspberries / strawberries
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ginger
cinnamon

Place ingredients in a blender until they became creamy. Serve in tall glasses. This amount is about one serving.
