Ginger with centuries is known for helping to get rid of excessive mucus in the lungs. Onions have a major role in the prevention of various diseases of the airways, and turmeric, rich in vitamins and minerals, has antiviral, antibacterial and anticancer properties.
1 kg of onions, 1 liter of water, 400 g sugar or honey, 2 tablespoons turmeric 1 small ginger root.
Dissolve the sugar or honey in the water, then put them to boil. Onions chop in quarters, clean the root of ginger and _ place them both in fresh water. When the mixture boils again, add the turmeric and reduce fire. Cook over low heat until the volume of water to be reduced by half. Strain and put the mixture in a glass jar.
When the mixture is cooled, place in the refrigerator. Every morning on an empty stomach consume two tablespoons of this elixir, and in the evening two hours after the last meal.
