Highly nutritious simple breakfast

We can freely say that breakfast is the most important meal and is a prerequisite for a good start to the day. Proper and well-balanced breakfast can contribute a lot about your health. We recommend interesting and quick to prepare recipe for preparing chia pudding.



 2 tablespoons chia seed
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon honey
1 small teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon coconut oil
½ banana
9-10 aronia berries
cinnamon (optional)
200 ml of water
few strawberries or raspberries for decoration (optional)


In warm water (not boiling) put the chia seed, flaxseed, honey, cocoa and cinnamon. Nicely stir and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Then add the banana cut into cubes, aronia berries and coconut oil. Decorate with strawberries or raspberries.

This breakfast will provide energy for the whole day. It is rich with many nutrients like omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, magnesium (about 200 mg- scavenge for daily needs), potassium (about 700 mg- one third of the daily needs). You will also enter a sufficient amount of fiber (about 25 mg) which will help for better digestion.
