Liquid diet is very effective for quick weight loss. The maximum time is two weeks and during that time can be reduced 10-15 kg.

09:00 – one cup of oatmeal soup

12:00 – one glass of fruit juice diluted with water

16:00 – cup of soup without salt

21:00 – cup yogurt (fat-reduced)
Three days after the liquid diet
First day: You can eat only cooked vegetables in a small amounts.
Second day: Add broth from the cooked vegetables and a piece of bread, for dinner
fresh carrots and cabbage.
Third day: eat as before the diet, except greasy foods and bread, reduced the amount of food too.
When you add the bread on the menu should be no more than two pieces of bread a day.
