Do you want to eat something sweet, but you worry about your diet and the number of calories? We have a super homemade recipe that we created in our kitchen. Healthy sweets with apples and cinnamon, which are very easy to make and does not contain sugar.
We made them and we gave to our family and friends to try it, and all who have tried proved their fantastic taste, complemented by the aroma of baked apple and cinnamon. So what are you waiting for? Real healthy pleasure without gluten.
● 6 apples
● 2 cups oat flakes
● 2 tablespoons honey
● 2 tablespoons flaxseed
● 2 tablespoons sesame
● 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
● Cinnamon optionally
First wash the apples, then peel and grate them. Put the grated apples in a pot on fire at medium heat and then cover with a lid. Occasionally mix them until they softened.
Remove the softened apples from the fire, and in a pot add the oat flakes, honey and flax seed, sesame and sunflowerseed and cinnamon by your choice. Stir the mixture well and with your hands create a small sweets in the size of a walnut.
Arrange the cookies in the baking tray coated with baking paper. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Leave for a while to cool and then serve them. Bon appetit!
